Santorini is quintessential Greece—breathtaking scenery, charming old villages, and unique local experiences. Start your day by boarding a luxury coach to Profitis Ilias, the island’s highest point, where you’ll enjoy stunning panoramic views of Santorini and the deep blue Aegean Sea. Explore the 18th-century monastery courtyard and visit Saint Nektarios chapel. Stop briefly at Caldera Beach in Akrotiri to admire the former volcano and learn about the island’s volcanic past.
Next, visit Red Beach, famous for its striking red and black volcanic sand cliffs. Then, head to Perissa Beach (Black Beach), where you have free time to swim or enjoy lunch at a seaside taverna. Continue to the medieval village of Emporio for a guided walk, including a visit to a small Venetian fortress, wandering through its charming alleys and arches—reminiscent of a Mamma Mia set.
Later, explore the Santorini Wine Museum located in a remarkable underground cave. Take a guided tour of the winery and enjoy a private tasting of three local wines. In the early evening, arrive at the cliff-top village of Oia. After some free time, join a guided stroll through Oia’s iconic streets, learning about its rich maritime history. End your day watching Santorini’s legendary sunset before returning by bus.
