Arrival | Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and after clearing immigration and passport control, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver/guide waiting outside the terminal. You will then be transferred to the western side of Arusha Town for check-in, followed by dinner and an overnight stay. (D)

Arusha | Lake Burunge
In the morning, a representative will provide a detailed safari briefing—an excellent opportunity to ask any final questions about your upcoming adventure. Later in the day, travel to the Tarangire region for an enriching cultural experience with the Maasai community. Visit a traditional Boma, a homestead typical of Maasai life, and gain authentic insight into their customs, lifestyle, and heritage. This visit is arranged in the Tarangire area, where the experience remains more genuine. After the visit, continue to your lodge, located just outside Tarangire National Park within a protected wildlife corridor, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by nature. (B,L,D)

Lake Burunge
Today is dedicated to exploring the wildlife-rich Tarangire National Park on full-day game drives, with packed lunches enjoyed in the bush. Renowned for its impressive populations of elephants and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers a classic safari experience. As part of a larger ecosystem, the park’s wildlife concentration varies with the seasons, offering unique sightings and dynamic landscapes throughout the year. (B,L,D)

Lake Burunge
Spend the day on exhilarating game drives through Tarangire National Park, setting off with packed lunches to make the most of your time in the wild. This remarkable park is famed for its massive elephant herds and ancient, towering baobab trees that dominate the landscape. As part of a broader ecosystem, Tarangire’s wildlife sightings vary with the seasons—densely populated during the dry months as animals gather around the Tarangire River, and more dispersed during the rains when water becomes plentiful. Karatu
After breakfast, depart with packed lunches for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem nestled between the towering Rift Valley escarpment and the shimmering, alkaline lake. The park offers diverse habitats and wildlife experiences: the dry season (June to October) is ideal for spotting large mammals like elephants, giraffes, zebras, and predators, while the wet season (November to May) transforms the area into a birdwatcher’s paradise. In the afternoon, continue to Karatu, a charming highland town, for check-in, dinner, and an overnight stay. (B,L,D)

Karatu
After breakfast, depart with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive in the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s largest intact volcanic calderas and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This natural haven supports an incredible diversity of wildlife, including prides of lions, large-tusked elephants nourished by the mineral-rich soil, abundant plains game, hippos, and a wide variety of bird species. With a bit of luck, you may even spot the elusive and critically endangered black rhinoceros. In the afternoon, return to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight. (B,LD)

Serengeti National Park
Today, journey by road to the legendary Serengeti National Park, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981, the Serengeti is Tanzania’s most iconic safari destination, celebrated for its abundant wildlife and sweeping savannahs. Game viewing here is exceptional year-round, with resident species including buffalo, elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, servals, lions, wildebeest, zebras, warthogs, and many more. Depending on the season, you may also witness the awe-inspiring Great Wildebeest Migration, as vast herds of wildebeest—joined by gazelles and zebras—move across the Central Serengeti in search of fresh grazing. The park is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, home to over 500 recorded bird species. Beyond the wildlife, the Serengeti’s landscapes are breathtaking—endless golden plains stretching to the horizon, especially magical at sunset. Transfer to Seronera Airstrip within Serengeti National Park. After bidding farewell to your driver/guide, board your scheduled flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll either catch your flight home or continue to your next exciting adventure! (B)
