offers in this brochure or those online, fall completely into

the legal category of travel to Cuba. Our programs are

offered under the “Support for the Cuban People” License

and our itineraries are designed to meet those specific

and we will assist you in obtaining your Cuban Visa. If you

are a Cuban born US Citizen please contact our office

immediately as your visa requirements are different.

As you are an authorized traveler to Cuba, you have certain

obligations to comply with as directed by OFAC (Office of

Foreign Assets Control) of the United States Treasury

Department --- One of which is to maintain a record of your

expenses and activities during your trip to Cuba and to keep

2. TOUR PRICES/PRICE GUARANTEE FOR ESCORTED

TOURS:

Prices are per person 1ased on dou1le occupancy. *ingle

room supplements and triple room reductions are availa1le

where applica1le.

NOTE:

In case of a human or computer

1illing error, we reserve the right to re-invoice for the correct

amount. A full refundwill 1emade to passengers not wishing

to pay increases provided that the passengers

cancellation is received 1y us within 5 1usiness days after

price increase notification. .e do not 1rea:down costs of

individual services included in an itinerary.

Prices are 1ased on official rate of exchange at the time of

printing. 'nce we have received your full payment for any

program, the price is guaranteed and any su1se@uent

increases are at our expense. 'ptional air transportation is

3. INVOICING:

/ou are responsi1le for verifying everything on your invoice is

accurate and complete, including, dates of travel, options

selected and that each name matches the relevant

passport. Central olidays cannot accept responsi1ility if we

are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out

the invoice. Changes are su19ect to the fees and penalties

noted 1elow. In the case of 1illing errors, Central olidays

reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.

4. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

5. TRAVEL SERVICES:

confirmed until final payment is received. Any variations will

are responsi1le for ensuring they have the proper travel

consulates or visa agency to determine whether any visas

A Visa for Cu1a is mandatory for everyone travelling to Cu1a.

comply with all visa regulation processes and timelines. At

the time of printing the charge for o1taining a Cu1an Visa is

C. DEPARTMENT OF STATE WARNINGS:

In the case of a government issued warning, we will provide

our utmost consideration to the severity of the warning

and accomplish everything possi1le to safeguard the well-

1eing of our passengers. .e reserve the right to evaluate

each 1oo:ing on a case-1y-case 1asis for potential

refund

olidays harmless for such.
