Itinerary

Day 1 Depart USA Overnight departure to Madrid. Meals and refreshments served on board. Day 2 Madrid Morning arrival in Madrid airport, where you will be met by a local representative and transferred to your hotel. You are free to relax for the remainder of the day. In the afternoon, you may want to venture out to enjoy the capital city of Spain. Perhaps stroll along the cobblestone streets, take in one of Madrid's three internationally recognized fine museums, or sample genuine "Tapas" at one of the many typical taverns in the city. Day 3 Madrid This morning enjoy a unique view of Madrid aboard a double-decker bus. This tour, included with your visit to Spain's capital city, offers three choices covering the city's highlights, from historical sites and monuments, to the modern Madrid of skyscrapers and cosmopolitan architecture. This tour provides complete flexibility to hop on and off as many times as you like. Day 4 Madrid Today can be spent visiting one of Spain's three internationally recognized museums along the "Golden Art Triangle." These treasures include The Prado, where you can find classic styles of Velasquez; The Reina Sofia, home to modern masterpieces by Picasso and Dali; or the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, home to rare and once private collections donated to Madrid for permanent enjoyment. Of course, if touring is your pleasure, optional touring can also be arranged to El Escorial, Valley of the Fallen or Toledo, any of which are just a short distance away and easily accessible. Day 5 Madrid to USA (or extend your stay) After breakfast, it is time to bid farewell as you are transferred to the airport for your return flight to the USA, arriving the same day.
