Day 1 Depart USA
Evening departure on Turkish Air. Meals and refreshments served on board.

Day 2 Istanbul
Morning arrival into Istanbul. Balance of the day is at leisure. Istanbul is a haven for great shopping bazaars, intriguing cultural attractions and ideal for the history buff - friendly and welcoming you will thoroughly enjoy the beauty of this exciting city and its charming people.

Day 3 Istanbul
Your day is at leisure or you may want to include an optional tour to your itinerary… like a full day discovery tour of Istanbul, with its beautifully preserved remains of the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires. Explore the Hippodrome, the ancient site of chariot races, the magnificent Blue Mosque, then onto the glorious St. Sophia Museum. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and savor authentic Turkish cuisine. In the afternoon, visit the lavish Topkapi Palace and end your day in the colorful Grand Bazaar. Ask our specialists to suggest a tour option to suit your budget and interest.

Day 4 Istanbul
Enjoy the day at leisure to discover the sights and sounds at your own pace or ask our agent to suggest some tours and excursions.

Days 5 Istanbul
Today is your last day in Istanbul and you have the option to enjoy it at leisure or consider an optional tour such as the Bosphorus cruise. This exciting excursion takes you on a private boat, sailing past historical palaces built on the European shore, gliding under the Bosphorus Bridge and past the Anatolian Fortress and Kanlica on the Asian shore. A splendid opportunity to take amazing photographs sailing between these two continents. For only $170 per person, you can include this wonderful cruise, the full day tour of Istanbul, including lunch, and your airport/hotel/airport transfers… please advise our agent should you wish to include this feature in your program.

Day 6 Istanbul to USA (or extend your stay)
After breakfast at your hotel, transfer on your own to the airport to board your return flight to the USA, arriving the same day. Should you wish to extend your stay in Turkey with a cruise or tour, including the beautiful cities of Kusadasi, Ephesus and others, our agents will be delighted to suggest a fitting itinerary to suit your budget and schedule.
