The Restaurant Massimo d'Azeglio opened more than a century ago and still retains the splendid turn of the century wood panelling.
Traditional Piedmont Fine Cuisine
The restaurant contains an important collection of original paintings, prints from the Risorgimento period (1860s) including an autograph of the Count of Cavour and a self-portrait of Masimo d'Azeglio and three of his drawings. In this elegant, warm and welcoming ambience,we offer traditional cuisine from Piedmont along with international dishes.

Let the Massimo d'Azeglio maitre help you choose from an assortment of appetizers, to meat ravioli served with scallops sauce, orecchiette with broccoli and ricotta cheese, tonnarelli with seafood, cod fish Leghorn style with polenta, crusted pork served with apple sauce, gran bollito misto, lamb alla romana ... and many other dishes, one better than the other.
