Just wanted to let you know that other than the flight connection mentioned below, our trip was excellent. The guides and all the pick-ups and other connections went very well. A potentially complicated trip was very well organized, and we appreciate your firm's expertise in making it smooth and enjoyable. Only negative comment was that the King Solomon Hotel was definitely below par...they wouldn't even turn on the heat and it was freezing in our room.

Hi Agents,

I just returned from Egypt / Jordan and wanted to let you know of a great tour company to Egypt and Jordan.

There were 32 of us and we paid $3599 + tax for a wonderful wonderful 13 day trip. This tour included all airfare from New York & domestically, all 5 star hotels, all transfer, taxes, most meals, a 5 day nile cruise, and a 3 day trip to Jordan. Petra was awesome!!!

We flew from N.Y. to Cairo, Cairo to Luxor, Aswan to Abu Simbel, Abu Simbel to Cairo, Cairo to Amman Jordan, Amman to Cairo & Cairo to N.Y.

STI was the tour company & I would not hesitate to use them anytime I booked Egypt for anyone.

I have been to Egypt 4 times now & this company cannot be beat. In fact I will never book anyone with a different company.

The hotels were unbelieveable, truly 5 star!! The tour guide was an egyptologist with a wonderful way to educate us to the wonders of Egypt. The cruise ship was the best on the Nile and the food was even wonderful!

I guess you can tell, I'm pretty darn happy with the trip.

I just returned from my trip to Egypt a couple of days ago and wanted to write to thank you for the most interesting vacation of my life! I want to tell you about 3 of your people that made all of the difference in our visit! First, your REP Mr. Hassan Abd Alatif. He greeted us at the Cairo airport and made sure that we were at the right place and at the right time. We found him to be most helpful. 2nd, Our driver Emad Sobhey, This guy was amazing! He navigated some very tight roads and was very friendly and just an all around nice guy! 3rd, Our guide, Mr. Aiman Basele, I wanted to tell you that Aiman absolutely made our trip! He was informative, entertaining and had the personality that was unique and terrific! If I can come back to Egypt again I will request these 3 people accompany us once more. Thanks again to you and those 3 gentlemen for making our trip a reality and memorable event!

I wish I could remember the names of your staff that provided outstanding assistance during my two visits in December as I would write a letter of recommendation and ask that you put it in their employee files. One event, I thought my son (age 40) had left the hotel and not returned..it had been five hours....your staff searched, finding him in the business office computer in the very early morning hours... emailing his children.

I am ashamed when I misplaced another item, that I asked the Manager to ask housekeeping to recheck my room. I found it in my luggage upon return to the US.

In all my years of travel I have never experienced this level of courtesy and service, including the Peninsula chain.

This trip was a 40th birthday present for my son, and in three years I will be returning for my grandsons 16th birthday.

Please know that I will be contacting my travel agent, as well as STI / Sakkara thanking them for arranging accommodations at such a fine facility. Know that I will forever be a Four Seasons guest.

Jane, my name is Geri Fried. Gino Piunno, cousin, arranged this lifelong dream. Working with family is usually difficult; if everything is not perfect, the family will hear about it forever ... I am a discerning person to begin with.

This trip was incredible ! The STI representatives were so outstanding, I was in awe more than once. They processed us through customs in less than five minutes. The guides, licensed Archaeologists and Egyptologists were superb. I am aware one contracts through you and the other through Sonesta. They made this trip exceed our expectations ... my son and I are both Egyptology enthusiasts. Ahmed Daha has studied hieroglyphics six years and translated much. Sayad Nasser provided thorough background information that our questions were answered in context ... how rare that is. Once we did have other driver, a 20 year employee of Sakarra ... although good, he could not compare to Ali Mahmoud. Ali made us feel totally safe, yet amused at Cairo drivers ... something that must be experienced to understand.

Although I complain about Sonesta food and accommodations, their staff was the epitome of the "customer service" concept. What can I say about the Four Seasons ... what a marvelous hotel.

I hope to take my grandson, third generation Egyptologist fanatic, on this trip in three years for his 16^th birthday.
