This outstanding property is located near Ragusa and surrounded by almost 50 acres of luxuriant nature. The original farmhouse or “baglio” was constructed at the beginning of the 19th century, but was then abandoned for many years. The recent restoration added some state-of-the-art facilities and took the Villa back to its original splendor with a glorious garden dotted in carob, olive and palm trees.

Description

Outdoor area: a magnificent staircase leads to the solarium and swimming pool, surrounded by date palms and oleanders. The wonderful 500 square foot solar-heated swimming pool is equipped with a water massage system. A huge patio boasts a high-tech kitchen with upscale appliances, dining table and living area with comfortable sofas, armchairs, tables and a fireplace.

Ground floor: nine suites, each with independent entrance, double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Eight of the suites have kitchenettes. There is also a 645 square-foot apartment consisting of two double beds, bathroom and a small kitchen. An extra single bed can be added to the ground-floor apartment and to four of the suites.

First floor: a large apartment with one double bedroom and a triple room, each one with a terrace; a bathroom with bathtub and a large kitchen.

The property is air-conditioned. Another apartment for four people with a king size bed, two single beds and bathroom is available upon request.
