The architect-owner of this property is justly proud of his work. Location

Taizzano is 3 kilometres away and provides the essentials of a grocer, butcher and trattoria while the podere is located at the end of a one and a half kilometre driveway with sliding electric gate allowing entry into the extensive fenced grounds. The two buildings are made up of the two-storeyed Farmhouse and the ground floor Stables. The 15m x 6m swimming pool is ideal for children and is overlooked by an alfresco dining area. Immediately on entry the peaceful panorama of this exceptional property is evident to everyone.

Layout

For up to 10 people: The main entranceway leads directly into a large two-part sitting and dining room with an open fireplace and having a convertible double sofa bed. The brand new well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and double sink unit. Store room with washing machine and separate shower room, WC etc.
Through the second sitting room (with stairway) is a character nook off which there is a double bedded room with en suite bathroom. The large landing on the first floor leads to: a double bedded room with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi, WC etc and a door out onto a panoramic covered terrace with steps down to the ground. A twin bedded room with en suite shower room, WC etc. A spacious double bedded room with en suite Jacuzzi bath, WC etc.
For either 8 people or up to18 people the ground floor stables are available: The main entrance is into a long corridor off which there are: a double bedded room with en suite bathroom and Jacuzzi, WC etc; a twin bedded room with en suite shower room , WC etc; a double bedded room with en suite shower room, WC etc. At the end of the corridor is a high wood ceilinged sitting room with outside access and feature trough!. Down three steps is a brand new well-equipped kitchen/dining room with hob, oven, double sink unit, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Just before the door that leads out to the alfresco dining/pool area there is a WC with washing machine.
