Casa Coccola is our foremost 2007 property – with no hint of hesitation, we regard it as possessing everything that our holidaymakers may require when looking for a high quality holiday home – we're so proud of it, it's even on our brochure front cover! A grand location with immaculately-kept gardens that offer guests a 'balcony' perspective on their glorious surroundings. An interior that boasts brand new, tastefully designed, fixtures and fittings, with colour co-ordinated towels and toiletries - little touches that mark these owners out as genuinely caring and welcoming. There is a main house sleeping six, and a charmingly detached self-contained cottage that sleeps a further two people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (at an extra cost).

Location

Slightly set back from the shores of Lake Trasimeno, and just inside the Tuscan border, the small town of Terontola is 2 kilometres away. Around the town are to be found atmospheric lakeside restaurants and trattorias. Otherwise it’s Cortona, 5 kilometres away, for a wider choice and the essential shops, banks and chemists, and more big-town hustle and bustle. Don’t miss the striking Piazza della Repubblica, the main square and favourite place for whiling away a relaxing evening. A short unmade road and short private driveway reveals ample parking. The furnished pool area and a nearby outside eating area enjoy glorious views. The pool measures 7m x 5m x 1.5 x 2.5m. Extensive lawns and grounds, and ’balcony’ terrace. A covered furnished eating area with barbeque and rotisserie.

Layout

Main House: Entrance into a spacious kitchen equipped with double sink, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, and cupboard with fridge/freezer. Left into a shower room, WC etc. Up 3 steps to a hall off which a dining room with open fireplace and doors out to garden. Up one step into one twin bedded room with doors out to garden. Up 4 steps to a laundry room with washing machine etc. From hall to first floor landing with PC and internet connection. Right into a spacious beamed sitting room with open fireplace. Guest WC. One double bedded room. Up 2 steps to one double bedded room and up another 2 steps to a large shower room, WC etc. Cottage: separate entrance into an open-plan sitting/dining room large open fireplace, and kitchenette equipped with the basics. Wooden staircase to first floor large double bedded room with en-suite shower, WC etc.
