This leisure-focused 8-day independent program takes you along the sun-soaked Costa del Sol for the ultimate seaside stay and play escape.  Stay in your selected hotel choice located in Torremolinos, Marbella or Malaga as the ideal home-base to explore the splendors of the south of Spain.  During your stay you can: visit the sun-drenched beaches of the Costa del Sol, Moorish town of Granada, Andalusian city-town of Sevilla, explore the acclaimed “pueblos blancos” (white villages) famed across the globe; or bask in the warmth of the coastal village sun and enjoy evenings filled with soft Mediterranean breezes and near-endless summers.  You set the pace on this leisurely travel program.

Day 1 Depart USA
Overnight flight to Malaga, Costa del Sol.

Day 2 Costa del Sol
Late morning arrival into Malaga airport in Costa del Sol, where you will be met by a local representative and taken to your hotel choice located in Torremolinos, Marbella or Malaga city. You are free to relax for the remainder of the day, as the balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 3 Costa del Sol
You have a full day to relax, take a stroll on the water's edge along the promenade, 'Paseo Maritimo' or take advantage of a full day excursion to Tangier, Africa where highlights include the Kasbah museum. (B)

Day 4 Costa del Sol
Take the time to leisurely explore Costa del Sol as you stroll along the promenade. If you prefer to take advantage of one more day of touring, you may consider a tour of Granada. This Moorish city offers architectural marvels found nowhere else in the world, including the World Heritage site, Alhambra. (B)

Day 5 Costa del Sol
Today you are free to enjoy the popular, picturesque seaside promenade lined with restaurants and quaint shops as you head towards the area of La Carihuela for some fresh seafood at a local restaurant. Consider joining a tour to Ronda and walk along a bridge overlooking a 300 foot drop below. Afterwards, visit the oldest bullring in Spain and the bullfighting museum. (B)

Day 6 Costa del Sol
Take the opportunity to sign up for a full day tour to the romantic city of Seville, capital of Spain's Andalucia region. Highlights include a visit to the Cathedral, considered the world's largest Gothic edifice. Afterwards, stop for some photos of La Giralda tower before strolling through the narrow lanes of Seville's delightful Santa Cruz district, a former Jewish Quarter. (B)

Day 7 Costa del Sol
Spend the day catching up on postcards, relaxing seaside or enjoying a meal at one of the many small beachside restaurants 'chiringuitos' or take advantage of an excursion to the nearby picturesque whitewashed village of Mijas for some great photo opportunities. (B)

Day 8 Costa del Sol to USA (or extend your stay)
After breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for your return flight to the USA, arriving the same day. (B)
