Day 1 Depart USA
Overnight flight to Lisbon.

Day 2 Lisbon
Morning arrival in Lisbon Airport where you will be met by a local representative and taken to your hotel. You are free to relax for the remainder of the day or venture out to admire this legendary city built upon seven hills.

Day 3 Lisbon
This morning your tour will be dedicated to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Some of the included sights include the Royal Coaches Museum, Jeronimos Monastery and Belem Tower. You will also visit the Monument of Discoveries before returning to your hotel and enjoying the balance of your day at leisure. (B)

Day 4 Lisbon
Today you will have the opportunity to catch up on writing postcards, shop in Lisbon or take an optional tour to the picturesque towns of coastal Lisbon, Estoril, Cascais or Sintra, where you can visit Pena National Palace, considered the most romantic palace in Portugal. (B)

Day 5 Lisbon/Algarve
This morning, pick up your car rental and drive to your chosen hotel in the Algarve where the remainder of the day is at leisure to become acquainted with this scenic coastline. (B)

Day 6 Algarve
Today you are at leisure to enjoy the clean, warm waters of this southern region in Portugal. You may consider taking advantage of an optional tour of the Algarve's historical highlights. Visit the Golden Chapel in Lagos and the Moorish castle in Silves. (B)

Day 7 Algarve
Continue your relaxing vacation in the Algarve with a walk to the shops at the marina. If you prefer touring, you may drive to Monchique on the southern slopes of the Monchique mountains, where the Romans built impressive thermal baths with waters that have been famous ever since. Sit at one of the cafes in the large shaded square and try the spicy barbequed chicken with Piri Piri. (B)

Day 8 Algarve to USA (or extend your stay)
Drive to Faro Airport to return your car and board your flight for your return to the USA, arriving the same day. (B)
