You’ll relish the opportunities for exploration and fun on this 11-day Cruise and Land Tour that includes an overnight stay in Genoa, an amazing 6-night cruise aboard the m/v Louis Majesty sailing to cities and villages in France, Spain and Morocco, plus a two night stay in Barcelona. Day 1 Thu Depart USA
Evening departure. Meals and refreshments served on board.

Day 2 Fri Genoa (Italy)
Morning arrival in Genoa where your Central Holidays representative will meet and assist you with transfer to the hotel. Balance of day is at leisure to admire the main monuments of this ancient Sea Republic. See the famous Aquarium, Columbus' House, St. Lawrence Cathedral, the Ducal Palace's Atrium, St. Jesus Church and Lele Luzzati Museum.

Day 3 Sat Genoa (Italy)/Cruise
Morning and early afternoon at leisure in Genoa. Transfer to the pier for embarkation on the M/V Louis Majesty, where you will attend a Captain's Welcome Cocktail Reception and begin your Mediterranean cruise. (B,D)

Day 4 Sun Marseilles (France)
Early morning arrival in Marseilles, the oldest city in France and now the second largest city after Paris. You may enjoy a walk through town on your own or join an optional panoramic tour of Marseilles, viewing historic buildings such as Saint Victor Abbey, Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica, and the famous Old Port with The Canebiere. Another optional tour takes you to Aix-en-Provence, the town of the famous painter Paul Cézanne. Visit the University Square and Saint Sauveur Cathedral and also view the magnificent Town Hall and the Clock Tower. You will have time to stroll around the pedestrian streets and taste the famous calissons, a delicious local candy. Resume sailing in mid-afternoon. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Tue Almeria & Malaga (Spain)
Morning arrival in Almeria. Here you may either remain on board the ship or join an optional excursion that will take you to Granada and at the end rejoin the ship in Malaga. With this optional tour you drive to Granada. Visit the 14th century Generalife Gardens, a summer palace of the kings of Granada, followed by a visit of the Alhambra, a most remarkable castle, built atop a wooded hill with breathtaking views. After the Alhambra Palace enjoy an included lunch at one of the best restaurants. Reboard ship in Malaga. Here, if in the mood for another enlightening optional tour there is a panoramic tour of Malaga by night, including City Hall, the Justice Court, and Pablo Picasso's birthplace. Continue up to the Gibralfaro Castle, an ancient Moorish fortress. You will also see the Alcazaba Palace, built in the 11th century as the residence of the Arabian Caliphs or Kings and the Cathedral. Resume sailing around midnight. (B,L,D)

Day 8 Thu Ibiza (Spain)
Spend the full morning sailing northbound to Ibiza, the third largest of the Balearic Islands. An optional tour of the Old Town is available. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Playa den Bossa and the sister island of Formentera. Learn about the history of Ibiza. Resume sailing in the evening. (B,L,D)

Day 9 Fri Barcelona (Spain)
Early morning arrival in Barcelona where you are met and transferred to your hotel. After checking in to your hotel, Barcelona beckons you. Walk along Las Ramblas to feel the spirit of the city. (B)

Day 10 Sat Barcelona (Spain)
Take advantage of Barcelona's bus tour, which allows you to hop on and hop off as many times as you like. This open-top, double-decker bus offers three tour route options and provides a bird's eye view of the sights, including Casa Batllo and Sagrada Familia or a stroll through the Gothic quarter. In the evening, sit at one of Barcelona's splendid dining venues for a fitting close to this memorable vacation. (B)

Day 11 Sun Barcelona (Spain) /USA (or extend your stay)
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the USA, arriving the same day. (B)
