 Avignon + Chateauneuf-Du-Pape - Your culinary adventure begins with a morning appointment at a delightful restaurant located in the centre of Avignon. The class\' format includes a hands-on lesson. Additionally, you\'ll discover how you can pair the meal with wine. Once the meal is complete…it\'s time to savor your culinary creation over lunch, with wine included, and share some time with the Chef. Your food and wine extravaganza takes you next to enjoy an afternoon of wine-tastings. Board a chauffeured minibus where your English speaking driver/guide will take you to the wine road. You\'ll visit Tavel, where you\'ll sample the first Rose wine made in France. Continue to Chateauneuf-du- Pape for a wine-tasting. You\'ll discover the history of the house and your guide will offer you a visit of the winery with explanations about the harvest, the AOC Cotes du Rhones (Rhone Hills) - a wine-growing Appellation d'Origine Controlee (AOC) for the Rhone wine region of France, and much more.

Venasque - Enjoy an intimate cooking class in the cozy kitchen of an Auberge (French inn) in Venasque, where you will delve into the fundamentals of Mediterranean cooking, learn to marry flavors, discover how to select the best foods from markets and embrace a greater understanding of French culinary traditions. Once the meal is complete it's time to savor your culinary creation over lunch, with wine included, and share some time with your Chef-instructor. In the afternoon, embark on an excursion to Roussillon and Gordes, villages in the Luberon region of Provence, known for its spectacular countryside of vineyards and orchards captivating hill top villages and superb locally-grown produce. St. Remy De Provence - Indulge the chef in you with an expert led, hands-on cooking class at a 4-star, 18th century Provencal hotel set in an entrancing location, surrounded by a lush park with an herb garden, olive trees and vineyard, in the rural serenity of Saint- Remy-de-Provence. Using the freshest local ingredients, you'll learn the masterful tricks of French chefs, enhance your cooking techniques, and gain a new appreciation for the art of Provencal cuisine. Once the meal is complete, it's time to savor your culinary creation over lunch, with wine included, and share some time with your Chef-instructor. In the afternoon, visit Les Baux de Provence, a village situated on a rocky plateau 245 meters high above Val d'Enfer. In the spectacular historical center, you'll explore the Museum of Santons, the Hotel des Porcelets, beautiful houses of the 16th century, the Church of St. Vincent and Romanesque buildings. Your afternoon excursion continues along to Saint Remy de Provence where Van Gogh painted Starry Night.
