Day 1 Wed Depart USA Overnight transatlantic flight to Athens. Meals and refreshments served on board. Day 2 Thu Arrive Athens Arrive at Athens Airport, where you'll be met by your Central Holidays representative and escorted to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. Central Holidays personnel will assist you in booking some optional city tours, shopping for some memorable souvenir or suggesting where you may enjoy a delectable Athenian dinner. Day 3 Fri Cruise/Mykonos Transfer to the port of Piraeus for embarkation and sail for Mykonos. Afternoon arrival at this cosmopolitan island known for its white-washed buildings and lively harbor. Optional sightseeing of Hora, the island's capital, is available. (B,L,D) Day 4 Sat Kusadasi/Patmos Morning arrival in Kusadasi, Turkey, site of Ephesus, one of the "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World". Later home of St. John and the most important Roman port in Asia Minor. Optional visit available. Continue to the island of Patmos, site of the Monastery of St. John the Divine. Optional visit to the Grotto where St. John received the Revelation as found in the Last Book of the New Testament. Sail in the evening. (B,L,D) Day 5 Sun Heraklion/Santorini Morning arrival at Heraklion, Crete, site of the Palace of Knossos (Optional visit available). Later today sail to Santorini and visit the city built on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Here optional visits to the villages of Thira and Oia are offered. Sail in the evening. (B,L,D) Day 6 Mon Cruise/Piraeus/USA (or extend your stay) Morning arrival into the port of Piraeus.
