Welcome to Peru! Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Lima and enjoy the remainder of your day to explore the city at your own pace. Museums, archaeological sites, lush greenery and beautiful beaches, a bustling boardwalk and lively nightlife – come discover the modern metropolis of Lima!

After breakfast, transfer to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, depart on a city tour. Explore the center of the Inca Empire, the Plaza de Armas and see the cathedral built on the ruins of the ancient Inca Palace. Next, visit Koricancha Temple, an ancient Inca worship center of the Sun God that was once covered in gold.Afterwards, transfer to your hotel. (B)

Early morning transfer to Ollantaytambo train station. Our adventure starts on atrain ride to the city of Aguas Calientes, then it’s on to the awe-inspiringMachu Picchu archaeological site. You will never forget this mind-blowing journey through the history of the Inca civilization.Explore Peru’s most important archaeological site and one of the new Seven Wonders of the World. Return to Ollantaytambo station. Transfer to your hotel in Cusco.(B,L)

After breakfast, transfer from Cusco to Lima for your flight to Quito, Ecuador. Upon arrival in Quito, transfer to your hotel. (B)

Today you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city of Quito through the historical center of the city and see the church of La Compañia, Independence Square with the Government Palace and the Cathedral. Then, visit the famous hill of the old town, Panecillo (little bread) where you will see the angel statue “Virgen de Quito” before heading to the Equatorial Line Monument called “Middle of the World” and stand in both, the Northern and Southern Hemispheres simultaneously. Today, visit the village of Peguche with its traditional looms, and its Andean instruments. Then go to Magdalena, once home to Atahualpa, the last of the Incan emperors, the Karanki community inhabit a paradise lost in time amongst llamas and condors, peaceful lagoons and the patchwork slopes of Imbabura Volcano. Admire the beauty of their embroidery, share their everyday shepherding and harvesting activities and stand face-to-face with people untouched by the urgencies of modern life. Share a comfortable room with private facilities, and taste their food. The natural realm of this hidden mountain niche can be absorbed in optional activities such as horseback riding, mountain biking, or hiking up to the nearby hills. Overnight stay at an Andean House. In the morning head to the world-renowned Indian handmade crafts market, Otavalo where you will find a vast variety of locally weaved designs in belts, tapestries, ponchos and other clothing items. Then, drive to Ibarra to take the train that crosses mysterious tunnels through the mountains, astonishing bridges spanning wide gullies and a unique biodiversity. Arrive in the Afro-Ecuadorian community of Salinas whose inhabitants are well-known for their agricultural activity. Return back to Quito. (B,L)

Early breakfast and transfer from the hotel to the airport for your flight to Galapagos for your exciting Galapagos Island Cruise. Observe prehistoric iguanas, giant tortoises, exotic birds, plants, beautiful volcanic landscapes, lava cones and magma flows. Swim among marine wildlife, share in naturalist lead shore excursions and briefings explaining the geology, history, evolution, flora and fauna of the islands. Flight to Quito or Guayaquil and transfer to your hotel.(B,L,D)
